About Us

Clinical and academical studies are progressed under surveillance of three faculty members, one attending specialist and one subbranch physician.

Outpatient clinic services are handled in Stone Lithotripsy Unit on floor B, and polyclinics building. Health service is provided in every field of Pediatrics Urology, whilst maintaining a total number of patients covered per year of over 5000.

Being one of the few health centers covering stone fragmentation procedures under anesthesia in Turkey, around 120 lithotripsy procedures are done in our facility annually. Furthermore, video-urodynamic studies, holding a major importance in the evaluation of voiding deformities and pressure flow studies are executed at a mean rate of 250 per year.

Our bedded ward, providing 10 patient beds is located in Section 32 of İhsan Doğramacı Pediatrics Hospital. Hospitalization for medical evaluation, follow-ups and patient/family education programs are also carried out besides surgical aims.

All manner of medical equipments suitable for pediatric patients are available in our operation room. Routine surgical procedures are executed during two days of the week (Tuesday and Wednesday), covering an annual mean sum of 600 major pediatric urology cases.
